Corolla, NC - First Wedding of the Season!
Monday, June 21, 2010 at 10:00AM I just completed airbrush makeup on a gorgeous bride getting married in the Corolla area. We had a lot of fun coming up with our colors. I did her trial makeup for her rehearsal dinner which worked out perfectly! I hate to do a trial run with a bride having no where to go....for instance if she wants her trial done weeks before....BUT....Don't forget>>>>= This trial run can be used for bridal portriats, wedding shower, rehearsal dinner, etc. No need to walk around looking fabulous for nothing!
Today is her wedding and the make choices she made was fabulous for her skin and bridal setting. She had great eyes to work with, so we decided on an alabaster color at top of eye under brown bone.....we continued to spray this as the "base" color over her entire lid, so as to blend in the next color easily.
She chose her eye color as an "Egyptian Brown", which accentuated her eyes amazingly. She chose a soft pink blush with pink lipstick. Her bridal part is wearing hot pink with black absolutely beautiful and very classy dresses.
She was amazing to work with and such a delight. She didn't seem nervous at all.....Then when we finished, I sprayed her very lightly with a very light gold sparkle....almost unnoticable. I can see her now at sunset and those amazing colors all coming together at the beach.
I like meeting with the bride for the trial run to get her true expectations and to help guide her in a way that will only emphasize and enhance her wedding photos. What better way than with airbrush makeup! It is the makeup of the century, used in theatre, television, movies, and has all but replaced the everyday makeup we are accustomed.
This makeup is amazing, and I have no worries that she will continue to look fabulous from this A.M. long after midnight, into morning,as this makeup does not wear off for approx 14 hours, does not rub off on clothing.
